Hair and clothes not showing up in downloads

I am having a problem with hair and clothes not showing up. I have the original meshes that go with them. Objects and hacks show up fine, just not the hair and clothes. I recently had this problem after my hard drive crashed (everything lost) and I had to replace the hard drive. My graphics card was upgraded as well as adding more memory. Before all of this I had no problems at all with adding hair and clothes.

This is a long shot, but try deleting the CASThumbnails.package file from your Thumbnails folder (the one in My Documents / EA Games, etc.), as well as the groups.cache file in your My Documents / EA Games folder.

Also start up bodyshop (the latest version), then shut it down.  That worked for me once.  Why, I've no idea.

Make sure your Downloads folder has a capital "D"  I had this problem before too and my d/l folder was lowercase "d" and hid all bodyshop items.
