Watch Waves fix

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

This is a tested and verified fix for the problem of autonomous Watch Waves interactions causing stuck Beach Destinations. All old Beach Destination objects will need to be unstuck using some stuck object remover, but this will eliminate any new ones.

You're certain of this? According to the code, the watch-waves controller is supposed to self-destruct on 0-usercount. Or did you find a second object that is littered?

The problem is that PersonGlobals creates a Beach Destination and then counts on the interaction to cleanup itself. The Watch Waves is the only one that doesn't do that, thus leaving a stuck Beach Destination object.
