Request for Perk OFB Related Hack

 Anyway....

I would like a hack so the owner of a business can teach/tell her/his manger all the perks the owner knows, like manipulate and rally forth, it would be nice if mangers could do all the perks than affect sales etc

All the skills of relevance are passive-effect perks, so yes, BRY is affected by them.
