Reynolds House

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

I ar dun made house.

About it:
-5x5 lot
-Kitchen and separate dining room
-Large living room (93 squares, basically a 9x9 room with... er... the extra spaces)
-4 bathrooms (One on first floor, three on second floor)
-3 bedrooms
-Front porch, upstairs porch, and a small balcony-porch-type-thing off the master bedroom
-Pool
-Pond
-Loads of extra space for whatever
-Unfurnished or furnished version; the furnished version is a little bit sparse, but it's got most basic necessities and there isn't much in the way of good Maxis decorations with my EPs anyway.

Cost: §57,484

Oops, forgot my bribe:

Bribe:
I will make up to five houses or Sims for the first people that come to me. And I will make them well... oh, I will make them well.

Edited ONCE AGAIN for:
I have Pets, Seasons, and Glamour Life stuff pack. That might be useful for people, as I used a lot of stuff from Seasons.

I'm really bad at this whole "posting" thing. Here's the furnished version.

I have to say that I really like this house. I've downloaded it already, but I have question. What size lot was it built on?

Right, sorry Flamingo. It's a 5x5 lot. I'll edit the post now.

Where are the pix of the furnished version? You aren't getting a great aesthetics score for an empty house. Unless it has a cat in it, and an "invisible everything" caption.

That downstairs bathroom looks big enough to be two or three bathrooms.

May I ask why you put this on a 5x5 lot?  The house itself appears to around 15x20 squares, so would fit comfortably on a 3x3 lot, with room for pool, driveway, garage, etc.

I'm not being critical.  I tend to use smaller lots in my game, and was just curious why this was on such a big lot.

It was on a big lot because it was originally a house I had built for my Legacy family. There was a lot more on the lot on my Legacy house that I couldn't redo because of the rules. I usually use smaller lots too, but it would look so out of place on a smaller lot. I think it looks really nice with a bunch of custom terrains and with more trees- it's very pretty.

ROFFLE!!  Cheesy

I'd be tempted to declare a house builder who had the balls to do that the winner immediately.

This is why i am not a judge.

0.2 for aesthetics. Not much in the way of interior decoration.
