My entry in the building contest of awesomeness.
House for at least six sims and pets. Built on 40x30 lot, lot value §109,049 fully furnished (but not properly decorated, as taste is highly personal). The house has two floors, barracks upstairs. Two double bedrooms, two singles, and four bathrooms + shower facilities upstairs.Everything interesting downstairs, including easily accesible One Desk. Dining area seats six, but can be expanded to seat eight. Nursery included, with adjoining bathroom for stinky toddlers. Staircase is easily shut off from unauthorized visitors as it is located behind doors.
The garden has a pool, a fishing pond and plots for gardening, as is marked by the soil-colored tiles (I opted not to put in "real" soil, as previous attempts to do so on downloadable lots has bloated the lot size). Plenty of room for orchard trees and other out-doorsy stuff.
