No, of course not.

The nojelousy hack  is made and published at MTS2, and it cuts the jelousy at all.

This is the romance mode:

"Significant alterations to the way romance and jealousy works: Sims can now
exhibit loyalty to existing relationships and will not simply fall in love
with random people who flirt with them. Sexual orientation of a sim now
actually matters! A very straight sim will decline homosexual interactions
and vice-versa. Finally, sim-jealousy will make more sense: Romance sims,
depending on personality(Nc+Pl+Ou >= 15), are more likely to have "open"
relationships, and will not become jealous (although some are simply hypocrites
who think the rules apply to everyone but them), and sims will no longer spaz
at random people for no discernably sensible reason. Romance sims should never
spaz. It is no longer defined as "cheating" if you are not in an actual
committed relationship, and you will not have knives-memories or "caught
cheating" fears satisfied unless you are actually caught by a partner in a
committed relationship (steady/engaged/married).

COMPATIBILITY:
This hack is fully compatible with all FFS hacks.
Tested for TS2 v1.0p2 & TS2U v1.0.
Not compatible with other mods made by random peoples which affect the romance
and jealousy code, such as any No-Jealousy mods."

Ah okei thank you I'll wait until the Romance mod is updated then. I liked how that affected my Sims and missed it. Was just wondering if the the no jealousy hack could tide me over until then. But it can't

Possibly TwoJeffs' Casual Romance mod might help (depending on what it is you want).  It has the option to set jealousy per person rather than per lot and it can be lot-wide or 'same room only', that sort of thing.  From what I can see, NL uses the latter anyway, although possibly for woo-hoo it's lot-wide from what others have said.  Certainly in my game flirting and so on isn't noticed unless it's the same room and it's not due to Casual Romance because I only use the jealousy aspect of it occasionally and haven't at all since NL (I like the fun too much).

It's a pity, but the "no jealousy" aspect of the casual romance mod doesn't seem to be working. At least, not in my game.
