No aspiration?

I'm about to enter a lot I havn't played since before Seasons, but I notice the teenage son (I believe he's teenage, might be adult) has no aspiration symbol by his meter, not even Grow Up like his little sister has. His aspiration level is "Freshfaced funlover"...

well I went into the lot and clicked on him and it says he's a Pleasure teen. Still, is it a bad sign that it didn't show up?

In my game, it's always been like this, as far as I can remember. It's not something to be concerned about, I don't think.
