Someone feel like fixing this pay hair?

The Scarlet Crusade hair for male sims, made by Sims Connection, is one of the few of their hairs that I like. And the damn thing is broken! This annoys me.

There is a toddler mesh, but for some reason in the game/bodyshop the toddler gets the standard puffy Maxis hair. I solved this by removing the toddler hair altogether, but obviously it would be nicer if it showed up properly like it's supposed to.

I looked at the file but don't see what's wrong with it. 

(And they charge  for this?)

I'm not experienced in hair meshing (I'm currently in the process of finishing my first succesful custom mesh) so unfortunately I can't fix it for you, but I think I know what the problem is. First - all toddler hair recolour files are missing the SHAPE thingie in their 3D ID referring file thingie

That, I could have fixed, but there are also only two 'Material Definition' while all the other ages have three and I don't know how to create the missing file, or more specifically - what long, funky number to give it...

So, yeah... Sorry to be rather unhelpful...
