Cheat to build out of lot range

Isn't there one? So I can burninate a stinky fogness as described buried in the odd things about seasons thread.

edit: Never mind. I was thinking there was because of the fact that you can edit the floor tiles. Google was not my friend and annoyingly notified me that the cheat is for floors only.

There is a cheat that will let you build right up to the sidewalk, but none for the sides or back. Two squares of pristine grass on those three sides!

MoveObjects on will let you put tiles on those squares, as I assume you noticed, but not walls. You can put fences though.

There's a lot extender programme at MTS2 - um ...

Lot Expander

Maybe that'll do it? It means your lot will be bigger though (I don't know if the Lot Expander is also a Lot Shrinker).

boolprop locktiles [True/False] - Set to false to place floor tiles outside lot

I'm pretty sure it'll let you put objects outside the lot too, but I just shut down the game.

I was reading the thread yesterday: there IS someone working on it, but he needs some help with C+.

The program expands lots only. It works fine with EPs up to but not including Pets.

As for the borky corner: I have a few custom objects that didn't get 'enlarged foot prints' when made and so they hang out over the lot edges very nicely. I use them a lot bewcause I hate that straight edge look to the lots (give me confusion and randomness! lol) There is a palm tree that practically lays down and therefore leans way over the lot edge made by....Alex? something over at MTS2 (the guy that makes all the palms) (sorry--I'm terrible with names) which I think might cover up that green fog.

IIRC when I used it after Pets I the side of the lot opposite the one I'd added on to got several rows of tiles that looked like they were underwater. When I checked in the MTS2 postings about it other people seemed to be discussing how to fix it, and I never got back there to find out whether they got it figured out.

Sorry to hear the guy died.
