Serious pet bug, please help

My dog somehow sunk into the ground, and unable to move.
when i tried enable cheat, i got error message popup every second until i press delete.
It seems to happen randomly, usually when i order the pet to "go sleep"
it will not go to sleep in the pet beds (i have a bunch of them, pet house, pet bed etc), sometimes it will go sleep on floor
sometimes it just bugged.
Only way to fix was disable cheat, and use cheat to fill up its energy bar, then it returns back to normal (so i suspect it has something to do with sleep, or pet bed in general)

Try deleting all the sim beds and see what it does.

When controlling my sim pets i found hovering over any sim on the lot (except toddlers) causes them to jump and sink into the floor.  Of course they spring back shortly after providing i don't hover over any sim again.  I think the cheat itself is more or less borked.

You don´t happen to have an outdated version of the risky woohoo mod by syberspunk in your downloads folder, do you? That would cause that error.

I was really stupid and installed my old version. I installed Pets and Seasons at the same time. I have been very careful and backed everything up to disc, started without any hacks, installed the empty templates for both before loading my custom hoods and started playing without any downloads etc. Then after installing the official pescado seasons hack I played for two days and really missed the risky woohoo mod. I thought I give it a try and installed my old ofb version.

Now I don´t dare to install the pets version, as I´m not sure it´s seasons compatible. I really hope syberspunk gets seasons soon.

I do have it... and I started updating some hacks last night.  I actually managed to install Seasons on my old machine, which has been giving me problems lately.  It's been freezing up periodically.  So last night, I defragged and chkdsk'd all my hdds.  Dunno if this actually did anything, but here's hoping *crosses fingers*

Anyhew... I plan on doing more updates tonight and possibly some testing.  Unless I manage to get all my new computer parts.  In which case, I may concentrate on building my new PC instead.  We shall see how things go.
