Official Site Downloads included with each expansion - looking for a list

I know I used to have a list somewhere of which downloads from The Official Site were included with which EP's/SP's. My question here is twofold:

1. Does anyone know where I might be able to find such a list (So I know what I can pull from my Downloads folder)?
2. Are any Official Site downloads included in Seasons? If so, and if they are not listed on the answer to #1 above, does anyone have a list of them?

The more stuff I can pull off my hard drive, the better.

I don't know if it was ever officially released by EA, but the "lost" racecar bedroom set for kids is in Seasons. So if you have it (Numenor version or otherwise), you can pull it out now.

Up to Pets, none of the expansions include any of the website downloads.
Except for all Xmas items and the other "holiday" things like the plastic cat, kwanta menorah, and pumpkin: these are included in both holiday packs.

No clue what is in Seasons except for the racecar set yet. (Tamha: is the set complete this time?)
