Riverblossomhills...as a sub hood?

Is there a way to turn the new neighborhood introduced in seasons, to a sub hood of say Pleasantview?
Kind of like how Bluewater Village is a sub hood.

Yes.  It's in SaraMK's big thread about making Strangetown and Veronaville into subhoods of Pleasantview.
