Pre-Seasons clothing enabled as Outerwear | Update 6
« on: 2007 March 02, 16:09:01 »
THANKS THIS IS GREAT

Just some of the clothing from before Seasons enabled to be used as outerwear. Some stuff from the base game, Nightlife, Open for Business, and Holiday included. If I didn't include something that should be in there, don't hesitate to tell me.  Smiley

Some of the clothes have optional package files.

*Update 1 - Added in the GLS male coats.
*Update 2 - Added the adult and teen trenchcoats as optional.
*Update 3 - Added in the adult male Couture outfits as optional. Added in the NL toddler frog outfits. Fixed base game clothing to not be marked as custom content.
*Update 4 - Added in child female sweater dresses. Added in elder versions of adult female clothing. Added in elder male OFB sweaters. Added in adult and elder male sweats from OFB as optional.
*Update 5 - Added in the Uni letterman outfits for both male & female.
*Update 6 - The OFB toddler badger outfits are now in the package.

I  can think of one that should be outerwear -- that long black coat teen boys can wear.

Oh, thank you. That will save me a lot of time. I have started to recategorise some of my CC skins, but haven't come around to the Maxis ones yet.

BTW Would you consider adding the long furs for females from Glamour stuff as well?

I would like the toddler outfit from nightlife (with the mitaines). And you would like to add the line product in some of the base game clothes to avoid that they are marked a custom. Thanks for your work !

They are part of the main file, would you rather have them as optional?

Well, I don't have GLS. It doesn't matter as long as it just won't show up as anything in my game. Do you know if it will?

I'll give you thanks in advance!  BAAH!  BAAH!  BAAH!   I'm not buying Seasons until there are hacks or workarounds for all the stupid stuff they broke, but I will get this hack when I do have it.

would it be possible to get the family fun stuff dragon costumes for kids and the teddy bear outfits that came with open for business for toddlers made into outerwear? Maybe I will actually use the outfits if only to keep my sim kiddies warm in the winter time.

I'd actually like the teddy bear costumes recatagorized as outerwear only!

This is awsome!  Thank you, I was just thinking last night that it was silly that the coats from before was not considered outerwear!  Now I will have a nice variety to choose from.

Fixes like this are porbably the #1 reason that any time I visit MATY looking for one thing, I end up going home with a half dozen other things... thank you for this, every time I've sent my sims clothing shopping or been setting up their wardrobe after a transition, I've been cursing the stupidity of Outerwear not having been retrofitted to existing outfits Smiley

I keep forgetting to put this in.  Is this hack compatible with your mod that enables GLS coats for elders?
