Dress Like Special NPC

I seem to remember hearing of a cheat that essentially 'unlocked' NPC clothing and hair in CAS. One of the features I remember is it even unlocked the grim reaper outfit, which allowed you to dress a normal sim in his 'outfit' to have him look just like the grim reaper.

Was I on crack? Or is there some boolprop command that allows that?

Varioussimmers used to have a collection of "unlocked" outfits.  The main purpose was to allow you to skin those meshes.  Pink maid uniform, anyone?

It's simple:
-enable the testing cheats (boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true)
-enter CAS and press shift+n. You will get a pop-up telling you CAS is in debugging mode
-all hidden items now appear, including hidden skintones, clothes, hair/hats, etc..
-press shift+m to exit debugging mode if you want.
