green faces?

brother has JUST started to play this game, and his sims faces have all turned green! Anyone else have this or know what might have caused it?

No green here, except for one alien baby. 

Video card issue, maybe?  Does it meet the game specs?  Driver updated?  Can he change the appearance using any old mirror?

I havent asked him to check his spec's actually, ill get him to do that Ta

Sounds like a skintone issue.  What age is the person?  I use Enayla's skinstones and for 2 of my kids they got bluish faces and normal toned bodies i tried aging one up to a teen and the problem disappeared.  Also i noticed sometimes skintones on a face can get stuck, try having the sim put a full face paint effect on click ok then go back in the mirror and remove it.  Mirror thing should only really apply if you been changing skintones though.
