I am currently using a different computer than my own because of this error. It is happening to iexplore.exe. Now before you say use a different browser, IE is working fine. It can open, I can open windows and explore just fine. However, this is not just some random harmless error. My anti-virus, my firewall, and my LAN are all not working because of this error. I've tried re-installing IE, but to no avail. I'm really not sure what to do here.

I don't know what os you are running, but here is a list of possible reasons you may be getting this error. Microsoft

The most common thing I can see is having too many applications/processes running at the same time.
