Does a 2nd XP user account give you a clean downloads folder

 I used to create a 2nd XP user account on my PC four another game of mine that required a clean  plugin folder, no hacks for submitted content, does this work with the Sims 2 as well??  Would having a 2nd XP user account on my PC give me a different downloads folder? one without the same stuff as my main XP account??

yes it does. which is good because I don't have to listen to everyone else complain about how long my downloads make the game take to load anymore

I just create another sims2 folder. I rename the one with all my downloads, then run the sims game which creates a whole new sims 2 folder structure, I use this for testing and building because it is Maxis default. I just rename the sims 2 folders depending on which one I want to load.
