I have this in my downloads and am unable to find the RTFM. What does this do?

Chomping razzle would kinda destroy the human-to-dog interaction chain, since you wouldn't have enough socials to complete a cycle and thus it would be nearly impossible to get +rel.

Any plans for a Macro->Social between owners and pets?

Pets do not respond to plugin socials. There are not enough interactions with them to consistently sustain macroloops, either. Sometimes you have only one choice of action, and you just gotta kinda push that one once or twice before it stops working, and that's basically all you can do.
