A Sim game in 16th place??? It's a disaster....

Perhaps this will teach them to increase the quality of their games...

Well, one could hope anyway! Glad to see it's doing poorly!

I still will not buy NL until both Uni and NL are fixed.  And I still think it's ridiculous they are holding back the Uni patch until they patch NL as well...

Well, considering it's been out for only a few days, that doesn't prove much. It'll get up there.

No, JMP - I have all Sims games.

When EB issued the "best sellers" list - the Sims EPs have always been in 1st to 4th place; I buy all my games at EB, and check each month the "new releases" and the "best sellers". It's the first time I see a Sim game/EP in such a low place.

The game was officially released a week ago... most of those are pre-order titles...  Um.  Sorry, not buying it.  Cuz, ya know, it's also the ONLY SIMS GAME ON THERE and it's been available for pre-order for a few months.

So unless they're only counting games that shipped (judging by that list it's impossible) then I'd say it's doing pretty good.

LOL...I wish that too, but I would name the thread in Capital Letters:  PATCH AT LAST!!!

Perhaps the profit lose will make them issue the patch soon.... I admit, I pre-orderred NL 5 months ago, and as the payment was already done, I couldn't cancel the order.

But I still didn't install it - I still play Uni only. Waiting for update of all the hacks I need and use.

Several of those games are not released yet and are just available for the 5$ or no charge preorder. So that list really isn't what was sold.

Besides, there is no way an EQ expansion outsold a sims EP. EQ1 had 500lk players at its peak, and including Station players is estimated to have around 300k now. They cannot touch TS2 sales. The only MMO that can is WoW.

If we hold off and not buy Nightlife until after October that could lower this quarter's profit.  I'm still waiting for the patchs before I buy Nightlife.
