Sagesims?

Ok, does anybody know what happened to Sagesims? And if it's gone, does anybody have the files from there and want to send it to me?

My brother deleted  my My Docs/EA games folder and I lost all my downloads. I don't wanna play elders with maxis crappy clothing.

I'm not surprised that the site appears to be shut down.  It hadn't been updated in quite a while.  It's a shame, because it was one of the few places to find decent-looking elder clothing.

All About Style has great elder clothes. Very stylish. And there's a very recent entry on MTS2 w/ 3 really fabulous elder outfits. So you could check those out for the time being.

Actually, you can open up any YA/A outfit with SimPE and add <checks notes> 0x10 to the age catagory.  YA/A/Elder is 0x58; YA/Elder is 0x50; A/Elder is 0x18.

They'll still slouch, but they won't have the pot belly or thunder thighs. 

Just be careful if you do this to a top or bottom; combining a converted YA/A top with an original E bottom (or vice versa) will have odd results.

It shows how to use SimPE to make adult clothing available for elders to use.

I personally prefer this to standard elder clothing which (aside from a few creators with imagination) seems to act like a symbiotic entity sucking the life out the elders who are wearing them.

You just need to make sure you pair YA/A/E tops with YA/A/E pants, otherwise there's a nasty gap.

Actually, I most miss one of her hairstyles, the Butterfly Curls. I always seem to do unspeakable things to my downloads folder just at the moment that Gigge's site disappears from the internet. And if I remember correctly, there was also a set of lipstick and a couple of skins...

But if anyone has the Butterfly Curls somewhere in his/her Downloads folder and could send them my way, me and a legion of fashionable girl Sims would be most obliged.

I'm seeking Sagesims clothing too.  I got a wonderfully appropriate warning about Necromancy and dead threads.  A fitting topic for elder clothes.
Seriously though if anyone can help with gigge clothes I'd be very grateful.  Elders were almost normal with those outfits.

I can't resist jumping in here to say how bad I miss Sagesims as well.  At one time I had a lot of their elder clothing, but lost all my downloads around Christmas.  I was so disappointed when I looked for the site again and it was gone.  If anyone has these that they would be willing to share, I would also be very grateful.

I have a considerable amount of Gigge's old stuff, but it's on a currently-misplaced CD.

Mirablu, thanks for that link. I originally noticed SageSims was gone when I was looking for that particular page to send to a friend who asked what the point was of having elders in your game.

A search of THIS SPOT gives at least some Gigge stuffs.

I have a bunch of Gigge clothing for anyone who's interested. If memory serves me correctly, not all of the files were titled Gigge, if true, then I have a bunch of those too. They're all in the same file folder and I more than likely wouldn't have put them they weren't from the site. Just drop me a line.

Here's all the Gigge content I had as of April 20052006. I did have a lot of elder stuff, so hopefully you will find something you like there. I'm going to put the package back in my game for a look, so thanks for making me find it again.  From a quick scan there's makeup and hair there too.

Now I've put this up on my own homepage, I have a 30MB limit per day, so if someone has a large filesharing page, or knows a site that may be interested in uploading it, please feel free to do so. I'll probably leave this up on my page for a week or so. Or I could put it in the google filesharing area if anyone wants?
