I set mine to Read Only, and haven't had any trouble since.
One question, though ~ will this allow us to use that blasted remote controlled car?
i think it will solve the major problem with it, but there are other bugs related to the RM car. they can get a cold, and give crushes sometimes. i know it can get sims pregnants, however i think this is only possible through InSIMenator.
