They mostly only spy on Mortimer!  Or in a custom hood, they find one particular sim to annoy!

haha, the 6 sims in La Fiesta Tech in Strangetown likes to spy on Vidcund. Then he would come over in his criminal mastermind costume, which is hilarious, and shoves them.

In Vallee Rouge, which has only my sims and some townies in it, the first family to be created was two gay male Romance sims and their son.  Now, everyone spies on that house, but it's the nicer of the two who ends up running into people's houses and shoving people around, not the other one who's nasty enough to harass people on the phone!

I thought they just spied on the eldest sim in the neighborhood, that appears to be the pattern in my hoods. Its always the eldest sim that shows up to shove someone.

Well, these two were created in CAS, so would have been the same age.  I can't remember which one I created first!
