Cheat code that allows you to build on hills

I remember there was cheat code you could put in the userstartup that allowed for a large degree differential where it would let you place lots on slopes the game would normally not let you. For the life of me I can't find it now and Google search all over.

Anyone remember what I am talking about?

Sort of. I remember the max slope angle but I don't remember it being so darned complicated, I thought it was just a code you enter in control C like the rest, but I am probably remembering wrong. Haha.

np, it is def a config that you have to perform, just like the editing of walls. If there is such a cheat that you can put in the command console and you find it, let us all know.

LOL I'm sure it's just my bad memory. I vaguely seem to remember messing with the files. It's come back to me now. 

They should make a regular cheat out of it though. It would be easier.

Well it's either that or get stuck with a permanently unbuildable spot. 

It really irks me when you place a lot, move it, and then suddenly no lot including the same lot that was just there is allowed to be placed on that spot.
