no twins hack

I need to get rid of my twins.  I've had 5 twin births in a row and it's driving me crazy!  I don't know if they've been secretly eating cheesecake when I'm not controlling them or there's some sort of glitch in my game but it's beyond ridiculous now.  Especially when I've instituted a one-child policy for my families. 

Anyone know of a good no twins hack or at least one that reduces the chance of twins to something like 1%?

You could use TwoJeffs Triplets and Quads hack. I have the one child per family rule too, so his mod works fine for this.
