Error in social bunny?

not sure what happened, this was immediately on loading the lot...  is it a sign of impending doom, or just a weird glitch?

Harmless. The bunny apparently spawned for a person who moved out, died, or was deleted, and now cannot find his owner. Just delete the bunny.

Question. How can one see the bunny to delete it if the person who owns it (and therefore is the only one who can see it) is dead, moved out, or deleted?

choose delete from the error pop up.

I chose reset and the bunny vanished anyway.  Turns out it was due to a sim being moved to uni between this and the previous play session on the lot.  Glad I haven't exploded anything.
