Teleport folder?

I have a whole bunch of files sitting around in my teleport folder.  Should I just delete them?  A few of the houses I d/l are not showing up, but it's only about 3.  There are 32 files in the teleport folder.

Those are files that should be gone once you start your game after installing lots.

Yeah, I know, that's why I'm wondering about them, because they're not gone.

Any files remaining after a game launch are trash duplicates, temp files, or unreadable.

In other words, if you run the game, exit, and the Teleport folder is not empty, delete anything that's inside, because it's trash.
