Mmkay, hello people. Ghosty question...

THANKS THIS IS GREAT

Is there a way to be able to play as the ghosts?  Like, I've tried making the ghost selectable, and then it says it's in the middle of a "Haunt" interaction, or something like that, and when you X that one, the ghost dissapears, same if you exit the lot and move the ghost.  I've only got up to Nightlife if that matters, and I'd prefer no hacks, but I'll try something if I need to.

That's something that's I've always wanted, or at least something of that sort. Ghosts now are somewhat useless. What I'd love more is for ghosts to intereact positively with those they loved who are still alive, or even other ghosts! Two floating dancers would be a nice photo.

I think that's one of those many Insimenator things you can do.

No, you can make "live" people move like ghosts, but you still can't control ghostly interactions Sad

I've always thought that if more than one ghost came out at once they should interact with eachother.  Picture this:  A romance sim has a typical romance sim life and he dies.  Several of his lovers also died on the lot, and all are upset at him for having so many relationships with other women, and at eachother for being with the man they love.  Anytime two of the ghosts come out on that lot, they harrass and bother eachother.  In another lot, you have a child sim die tragically in a fire.  When she comes out at night her grandparents play with her and such.  The grandparents, having been a happily married couple, are still seen to kiss and flirt with eachother when they're out haunting at the same time.  Or, picture the ghost a of fortune sim that had a miserably poor life begging for money by the mailbox.  That would have been so nice if they'd put it in the game.

I'm sure that makes a fine concept for an expansion pack, so we can go and play with our dead sims in the new Afterlife area. Tongue

No thank you, it takes me too long to do a day's worth of playing my living sims already.
