Help with customer loyalty starz

my customer hove filled there loyalty stars and my place dont get anymore.they stay for month at a time till I go home and they

What exactly do you mean? That you have customers with all five stars filled up? There's no way to get any more stars off of them; all you could really do is hope for some new customers and try to increase their customer loyalty.

However, if you mean that even with new customers you can't increase their customer loyalty, I'm afraid I probably can't help you there. All I can say is that sometimes it takes awhile for customers to gain stars when you are dealing with a larger business, mostly because you can't focus on one customer.

You cannot get more than 5 loyalty stars out of any one customer, but you can still receive +loyalty. The extra loyalty acts like a buffer against possible disappointment and prevents them from easily losing a star. To get more stars, you will need to find some more customers.

If you are having a problem with them loitering around and taking up space so new customers can't come and gain their stars I find the "Business Runs You" hack by JM excellent for combatting that.

I use the visitor controller and ban anyone with 5 stars.
