I have never seen this before in my game? My sim Annabella Curious had a dream date with Ripp Grunt and looking at her memories I see this* Had Dream Date with $Subject* and no thumbnail photo.
Is this normal or am I looking to re- install the entire game again?

I have no idea, I'm sure someone more awesome will know, but I just wanted to say, Reinstallation (with game CD's and all) is rarely necessary.
Deleting the Sims 2 folder and letting it regen will do the same thing. Copying over game files from Program Files will also reset a lot.

Deleted any sims? If you delete a sim, this will happen.
*smacks head hard* Yes I did, Circe and Loki Beaker were driving me insane with their constant downtown fight everybody mentality, so I binned them and said goodbye. I should have thought not to do that and I knew it would bite me in the future, but those two were nucking futs in my strangetown. Nervous is ok since he married Kristen singles and moved out. Looks like I have to do what Blue said to do and start over (hope Vidcund don't mind getting abducted again) |

Well, you don't really need to start over for this one minor thing. You can do some repair work in SimPE if you're so inclined.

I can't get SimPE. Game on one comp, internet on the other.  Actually, I wished Maxis beta tested the base game before they sent it out two yrs ago. Same goes for the expansion packs! Thank GOD I never got FFS! On the other hand playing without patches and hacks makes for a very interesting and hard way to play I might add. *Kokopelli wishes she has a genie to give her the hacks she needs to keep her sanity during game play* |

Why not just run a cable between the two computers? Or you can try wireless wire.

I thought of that but alas their is one problem, game computer is mine and internet computer is entire family's. And no one touches my semi shiney computer. You should see what they have done to this one! OUCH! And to think this use to be mine  |

 I have no qualms about the fighting, its the Trashcan pickup game that I HATE! Stupid sim crybabies, *their only freaking roaches!* and the way everything I quelled for them to do goes away so they can blubber all damn day over vermin

Eh. I just toss the trash trash into the regular trashcans, then get rid of them, leaving the trashcan toppled over for all eternity. Then no one can ever kick it.
