Installed Macrostatics - now not sure how to install other hacks

Yesterday I installed Macrostatics, and today I was going to install autoyak and skillinator, but I got a message saying a file with that name already exists. Does that mean that autoyak and skillinator are already in Macrostatics, or did I skip a step? It sounded like those two hacks were separate, from what JM said in his post about the updated Macrostatics. Can some knowlegeable person help, please?
