THANKS THIS IS GREAT

And after some tweaking and chopping on the original lot, here is my entry, available to your lucky sims for the modest amount of §83k.

Designed in a typical Mediterranean blocky style, this lot features a garage, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, lounge/study room and living/dining room.

Here's a collection of pictures (click on thumbnails to view the original image):

Ground/first floor:

The lounge room can used as a study room for the kids. I strongly recommend using Inge's reservable desks (not included) for homework purposes.

First/second floor:

The least used items can be found upstairs.

Note that normal skill building objects (piano, exercise machine) have been replaced by aspiration reward objects. These aspiration rewards were available from a custom collection.

And here comes the bribe:

It's an override for the the "Run Here - TEST" BHAV without the active personality check, which means that all sims can run, even the ones with zero active points.

Hopefully this will put an end to Pescado's gibes about lazy sims not being able to run Grin

Bribe not very good: You think I can't do this? No, I don't do this because I believe laziness should be punished with suffering! Placement of baby accessories atrocious: Changing table located on entirely seperate floor from other crib and baby toys, making use require immensely lengthy journey at snail's pace. Spawn released from second crib cannot access any toys due to stairs. No defense against visitors and nannies harassing the spawn. Kitchen arches do not provide any defense against raiders. Must be replaced with doors. Split of skilling objects across two floors makes observation and monitoring more difficult. Use of crappy showers not necessary for physical reasons and therefore impedes hygiene refreshment. Should be replaced with showers or showertubs. No physical abnormalities on lot.

Bribe: 0.0
Functionality: 0.9
Scenarios: 0.9
Expand/Adapt: 1.2
Cost Effectiveness: 0.7
Physics: 10.0
Aesthetics: 7.0

Technical: 2.175
Total: 1.305

[...] No, I don't do this because I believe laziness should be punished with suffering!
I reward my fat and lazy sims with sofas and beds Tongue

As for the bribe, it shouldn't be regarded as a hack, but more as a statement of principle, which is that all sims can run, and that there's no logic justification in denying that interaction to lazy sims.

Well, the thing is, if it were available to lazy sims, they'd do it all the time, too. That wouldn't be so lazy. Besides, you ever try getting a lazy fatass to run? It just doesn't happen until you start endangering his pathetic excuse for a life.
