Me too.  I stopped having any dormies in my dorms, just use the five-roomed one (I can handle five students - just) and eventually turn it into a residential lot and then remodel the kitchen without the dorm stove, so they have to cook.  All the townie teens moved into one of these, as well as the Maxis sims that were in the bin.  So far I have two definite couples, Sophie Miguel and Nolan ? (changed him to Popularity) and Ivy Copur and Alvin Futa.  Three have moved out into ordinary houses, and the rest look like graduating from where they are.  Now, the Greeks, on the other hand, are a pain in the ****!

Of course!  And I think they'll be adopting - although Ivy grows up quite nicely!
