Invite Neighbors?

Is there a hack for "invite all neighbors" for my OFB business if they are located on a Community Lot? Or is there a cheat to up the # of Sims that can come into my nightclub?

Use the following cheat in the console or the userstartup.cheat file:

maxnumofvisitingsims 20

Replace 20 with the wanted number. Large numbers will cause your game to go splodie unless you have a Cray.


You can invite all playable Sims if you have a mailbox on a lot and shift-click it with 'invite all neighbours'.

long ago when the sims2 was new i found something with the testing cheats that allowed me to invite EVERYONE to lot.   and they ALL came.   it took forever for that wedding to take place but eventually everyone changed to formal  and it finished.  it was so slow though i never used it again and i dont know if that still exists since all the expansions.

Hah, who needs stress tests to burn in a new computer - just 'inviteallneighbours' for a sim party and watch the computer choke!  I thought of my 10 sim families and immediately decided even that was probably too many.

when i was writing code to test unix OS's  i once wrote a routine for rayjack? spelling?  from the demon in star trek original?  i had it recursivly find the value of pi in shell rather then c to use up the most processes and resources.  at the back of the test reports where i had the specs on each test, ii actually said  it was trying to throw the demon out of the machine,  but either no one read the specs on my tests, or they all thought it was funny too...  well my department and boss thought it was hysterical..
