Life after Nightlife

Will JM's fixes (ie deathfix) work after nightlife, or are we going to have to take them out of our folder and wait for an update version? And should they be taken out before installation?

The correct procedure is to:

1.) Donate to the Get JM Nightlife Fund.
2.) Wait for confirmation that Nightlife works
3.) Wait for a standalone university patch (optional but recommended)
4.) Buy nightlife

The Great Spirits say not even they know if Jm's hacks will work with NL. They don't know if NL wil work at all. They DO know that JM will fix whatever the hell he feels like fixing when he wants to fix it.

In short: Don't worry about it. JM is sure to come up with some swell, game improving hacks when the time comes.

I suggest you to delete your thread fast, if you want to save yourself from the MATY "wolves"..., they are already on "hunt"....

I don't know if I'm one of the wolves, gali, but I will answer:

JM's hacks will probably work after you install Nightlife, assuming Maxis didn't alter the core game code in such a way that the .package files are now in Hebrew. 

Also, you MUST remove the hacks from your Downloads folder before installing lest your game will sputter and wheeze and implode into a unit of digital memory the size of a single Willy Wonka Nerd.

But what if I like eating Willy Wonka Nerds, especially strawberry.   Should I pull them to install and then put them back in one at a time, would that be the best course of action, unless i want some nerds? hehe

Yes: Remove and then replace.  I would replace them all at the same time, and then if there's a problem, do them one at a time.
