'Work as the Dj' doesn't work.

'Work as the DJ' just doesn't work for me on the normal downtown lots on normal visits/outings. It was at the lulu lounge. I have decided to keep downtown as such, and use it for outings/dates, and not buy any of them as businesses. I don't think it is a hack conflict. I click on the booth, and choose 'work as the dj', the dj moves away, then my sim just stops. The booth is no longer selectable.

Does this happen only at that particular lot? Any error logs procurable? Enable testingCheats and see if you get an error. Also, to be sure it's not a hack conflict, try running without any hacks installed and see if it happens again. If all else fails, enter the lot in Build mode and replace the offending booth.

I could have sworn I just saw this thread, or another just like it, where someone said it doesn't work for teenagers...      Although you don't indicate what age your Sim was, so that may not be the problem.

The way round it has to be is confusing.  Mine wasn't working until I turned it round - they need loads of space to get into it.

I''ve had this happen a few times.  The sim would walk to the dj booth, get there, not do anything, and the booth becomes unselectable.

The only way I've managed to fix it is to turn testingcheats on and then force an error and reset it.  Works fine after that.

Well I haven't had chance to test it, mine was an adult sim just visiting the lot. I have decided to uninstall OFB now anyway, cos I really don't like it Everything was working fine when I just had Uni and NL, OFB has broken everything!
