My servo is now a cyborg. I had him change into "everyday" but that did nothing; then I had him change into "formal" and he changed into a tattered jacket with tails but is face is now half-human half-servo. I tried this with another servo (who is a female) but it didn't work. I'm thinking maybe it's because I had him workout, so he became fit, then when I had him put on his clothes, they didn't fit anymore and he "busted" out of his servo cover-up. Who knows.

I've tested this.
When activated by a female, a female servo will have the "face" when in formal outfit.
When activated by a male, a male servo will have the "face" when in formal outfit.
When activated by a female, a male servo will not have the "face" when in formal outfit.
When activated by a male, a female servo will not nave the "face" when in formal outfit.

Another stupid Maxian bug.
I also had this bug. I just used my last two guidelines to fix it.

Simple Solution:
Activate by the last two guidelines.

Unless I am mistaken by what you mean by the "face", this is incorrect according to my game.  My first Servo (male) was activated by a female and he has a face when wearing formal.  He made himself a wife and activated her - she has the face when in formal.  I am assuming that by "face" you mean a human face with a robotic eye in the middle.

I had my female servo activated by a female and she does not get a face when she changes into formal.

Ancient, so how can I get my female servo to get the face? I had her change into everday & formal and nothing works.

Mayhaps Kodak's image gallery doesn't like remote linking.  Right click on the x-boxes, select properties, then copy and paste the URL into a new browser.  You can see the pictures that way.

Hmmm.  I only have one servo, male activated by male, and he's never had a face like this, formalwear or normalwear.

Edit:  Now that's weird.  Now that the pictures are loaded into my cache, they're showing fine on this site.

Tried right-clicking-and-snagging-the-URL; that did it.

Anyhow, what'd you do that got your Servo looking like that?  I've been wondering what would happen if you used SimPe's Sim Surgery tool myself (if possible) to attempt to give your Servo a new look.
