Need help with identifying creators of hacks

I have two hacks that I'm trying to figure out the creators of.

NL_SS_QuietPregnancy


Would anyone happen to know who the creators are?

No MidStreamStop is Phedge, that's in Peasantry.  Not sure about the other one.

I think the second one can be found at MTS2 but not sure who did it.

Isn't the quiet pregnancy hack one of syberspunk's? In which case he's got a thread in Peasantry for OFB compatibility if that's why you're looking.
