I need man lips...  I have downloaded several custom skintones after reading some of the threads here, but I am not too crazy about some of the lips on the males. Too pink, or too purple, or too pale, or something, they look to me like they are wearing lipstick. Anybody know where I can find some natural looking lipscolors in various tones that don't look like they have lipgloss on them? Helaenes come real close but still a bit too glossy for my taste,thx |

I think it's kind of funny that you have to put lipstick on them to make it look like they AREN'T wearing lipstick.  Anyway, off the top of my head, I know that Sussi has some that are like that. |

That's because with the default Maxis sims, the color they chose for lips isn't quite natural to me. And some custom skintones as the original poster is using have some really shiny pink lips for men.

I use the hint of pink on my male and kiddy sims from Mermaid Cove. There are other good male makeup sets there too! |

There are a few different tints to go with different skintones. I love them. Almost all my men wear them. I just checked out those sussi ones ephraim mentioned. They look pretty good. Maybe a bit shiny for me, but worth a shot. She has some nice cosmetics! |

I am such a makeup addict. My Sim women have about as much lipstick and eyeshadow as I do! Not that I wear mine as much as they do...somehow mine takes longer to apply and doesn't seem to last as long.  |

Windkeeper has a couple of nice ones at TSR. I got a nice one at Girly Goths a while back, it's called "Hint o' Tint, real lips" or something like that. Monica's Sims List has a nice neutral pack I sometimes use on men and kids too.

Windkeeper...very nice stuff, maybe it will come into rotation soon, fingers crossed Monica Sims List...apparently under reconstruction, something about having lost everything due to computer problems Girly Goth...got a link to that? I googled but didn't come up with anything that looked remotely like a sims site, unless you count the exchange? And the mens and boys lips at mermaid cove looked excellent in my game, all the way from pale to asian to enaylas darkest skin. I was very pleased, thanks all! (but I'm still looking cuz I'm addicted to downloading and need to feed my habit)  |
