has anyone else had this happen?

  every once in awhile while playing i will resurrect an elder and age them backwards but sometimes if i leave the lot and reenter their face has turned blue.i can fix it by sending them to a mirror but the face is also different even if they never had plastic surgery.in a female sims case it took away her maxis made makeup.it doesn't affect in a regular enough pattern for me to determine why it happens.

it also happens on occassion with a teen when they gt moved to the family bin again not on a regular basis,anyone else ever have this happen or know the cause?if so how can i prevent it from happening?

i am unsure if it is a glitch or maybe a mod conflict.

Pretty sure it's a glitch and not a hack conflict.  This has happened to me too when I aged a sim back. After resurrection.  I'm not sure if the resurrection had anything to do with it, though.  Other than sending them to the mirror, I don't have a solution for you, sorry

ahh now i know it isn't just my game gone wacky lol thanks for the reply i am almost sure it is a game glitch that showed up with the instalation of nl.but it doesn't only happen when ressurected i had a teen moved out and his face turned blue the really odd part was he was the paperboy lol.

it does seem to mainly only affect townies though

nah, when it happened to me, it was when I resurrected my first ever sims 2 couple.  so it seems to be universal.

How much did you pay for the resurrection?

mine was max.  The problem doesn't happen when you resurrect them, it happens when you age them back to another lifestage.  Their face like, disappears and shows up in the thumbnail as blue....it's definitely a glitch, not a feature

Well, I did it to Michael Bachelor, and he's fine!  I did get him new clothes and change him a bit afterwards, maybe that's why?

well it doesn't happen every time.  It does seem to be a random glitch, like most random Maxis glitches.

Oh my yes! Tricou elders decided to go blue faced when I got curious about what they looked like as adults. After not saving, the blue was gone. Never going to do that again...
