Why does my Sim disapprove?

Well, Brandi obviously (to me) named her other two boys after Hollywood stars (Dustin Hoffman, Beau Bridges) and I just thought Keanu suited him, so he always gets that name now!  (Plus he always gets that Maxis custom hair with the pinky-mauve streak in it!)

ZZ, that never occured to me, but I fortuitously named her next kid Billy Bob.  You know, for Billy Bob Thornton, thus continuing the theme.

In my game, Keanu is always rather special, Usually Leo, always only 1 nice point, full Playful and Outgoing, sometimes 1, sometimes 3 for neatness!  But, even though he'll occasionally kick over a trashcan, and loves making nuisance calls, he's amazingly popular!  He's also great with babies, his own or Beau's or Dustin's.
And unlike neat sims, he NEVER get the fear of changing a diaper!  Mind you, he still creates merry hell about emptying a potty!
