receiving weird error when trying to install decraped villa paraiso.

Greetings,
I have been trying to install a decrapped Sims 3 Pack of Villa Paraiso which I got from the Downloads thread for days now, but I keep getting the "installation failed, you must have the associated premium content installed to complete this style.  The only premium content that is part of that set that I am aware of is the Wave Station, which I already have installed and working.  Am I missing something here?

We suspect the Villa is either borked or has been coded so the decrap tool does not work. Everyone is getting that error.

Considering it's just a bunch of recolors in a crappy EAxis house, I'm not sure why everyone is so keen on it.  It adds absolutely nothing new to your game, other than yet another house you'll skip past in your Library.

To you it might be crappy. But I love that house its my favorite in the game.
