I fixed it by resetting my factory settings! Now I'll just wait for the updated AwesomeMod Cause my save games obviously aren't working.

Last time I looked there was a test version, for those game enough.

I wonder why they added that trash bed in buydebug? It was supposed to come with Late Night, IIRC. I assumed it would be placed around IP, but I haven't seen it anywhere.

Can anyone corroborate the newbie's report of broken CC, or was it probably a tight pants situation? Because some of these changes actually do look decent.

I am running 1.55 with IP and test AM. Not having any issues at this stage.

Now with new and improved avatar!

CC is working fine for me with 1.55 and the test version of AM, I had an issue with store content, but I think that was unrelated and it's fixed now.

Is awesomemod working with 1.55 update now?
Yes, I noticed it was updated in july 02, so should be, but, I've used the online config to edit and download and it isn't working in the game at all. Every other package is, so it's in the right place! I've also tried running without my other CC, and still nothing, game won't pick it up at all.
please point out what I've done wrong?

You have not read the RTFM - always read the RTFM that comes with the AM download to see the patch level. The July 2nd version was for 1.50 and just changed the expiry date because at that time, the 1.55 version was still in the test phase. Download the new version, and you should be fine.

It's not an "RTFM." It's just an "FM." "Read the RTFM" is redundant.

Now you just have to solve the issue of your merciless abuse of English punctuation.

No chance, .... I feel the "over punctuation" helps to bring across the emotion of a post. Admittedly it's something that stuck to me after I became a regular online chatter/messenger.

You're going to love it here. "Here" being a forum which allows you the time to capitalize and construct evocative sentences. Use that time wisely.

Is stupidity an emotion? For some people it's a religion, and religion can be very emotional. Stupidity seems to be at the basis of MY religion, anyway. How can homosexuality be a sin if their lord and savior is himself a player of the pink oboe?

I hope I don't sound like a tard....
I downloaded the patch from MTS (I don't have any mods) to my flash drive (since currently I don't have Internet access at home), copied it to my computer...and the stupid thing told me "file missing" or some BS like that.
Really irks me. Especially since I walk to the library whenever possible since my power steering system has a leak. (Cue the violin.)
For the record I have all EPs *except* Ambitions, World Adventures, and Island Paradise, and the only SP I have is 70s, 80s, and 90s.
That's my whine for today, I'd like some cheese with it, please....

If you provide the actual error message it will be easier to get help.

It was probably just a bad download, re-download it the next time you're out and about. Or maybe a bad transfer, try recopying it to your PC.

It says Update Error: File not found. Posting from my phone. I'm going to wait until my 12 gets home from school, then we can go to the library and I can redownload.
