I can't see Motoki playing games like that, somehow.

Well, I wouldn't see it as playing games exactly, Inge, just thinking that if people were to notice he was around, they might start expecting him to post, and if he wasn't up to that, then anonymity is the best for everyone.  But there are some threads he's been pretty active in, and he might just be interested in any furthr developments.

I talked with Motoki a couple of nights ago in live chat and he really sounded  stressed out and in serious need of a break from the mumbo jumbo that can go on here.and Brynne has talked with him since then. and he hasnt been around MATY since he posted in this thread. he indicated in chat that he needed a break to take care of RL Issues .

I understand  what your'e saying but as you and I both know there are some here that will continue to comment and wonder no matter how many times its posted that Motoki is at his limits when it comes to RL stress's.I think to be honest Motoki wasnt aware how much impact he had made until this thread started and I know he expressed that he appreciated how much people here care about him. I think he indeed  needed this break and of course wish him all the best and hope his RL stresses soon die down.

As we all do.  But sometimes, as I know from my own personal experience, you just have to close off from everything but the essentials just to keep everything in some kind of perspective that will allow you to deal with things.  If you get too caught up in inessentials, you never get things sorted out.

Very true.there are times when I need to retreat from all but the absolute necessities of life just to regain my perspective.

my Kids are all grown and wouldnt listen to me and trying to tell hubby is a real exercise in futility

my cats are the same way they are currently outside freezing in the snow but refuse to come inside.and it is snowing right now

I live in a very rural area so mine get to go out but they still make lots of work for the staff!
