Birth Control Mod

Hiya, I'm sorry if this is not the place to put this request, I'm not really sure of forum etiquette. I was wondering if someone could tell me where I could find a birth control mod for TS3. The last expansion I have got installed is Pets. I have the woohooer installed. I was looking at awesomemod but wasn't sure whether this would conflict with what I already have. I have searched around the net but can't see to find a mod to suit my needs.

Birth control is the default state of the game. There is no need to use any mod for this. If you are using someone ELSE's dodgy mod, you should BUG THEM ABOUT IT, because out of the box, this already exists and there is no need to mod that.
