No CC Working Since I Installed 1.33

Hey guys I apologize if there's already a thread about this, but I really need help iwth my game. After I installed 1.33 none of my .package files work and I re-installed the game to see if that would fix it, but it didn't. I tried downloading new versions of a few of my mods to see if they got messed up when I patched the game (because I didn't remove the mods folder while the patch was installing) and even the new versions aren't showing up. I just patched to 1.36 today and checked to see if any would work now, specifically all I have in my mods folder atm are a few sliders and default replacement skin and eyes, and I while I'm not surprised the sliders don't work, I thought at least the default replacements would show up, but they didn't. Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this??? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

Edit: Also, since the current patch level is 1.36, is any of your crap still compatible? Did you revisit where you got your sliders and such and check that there wasn't an issue with the new patches?

That resource.cfg file that is used for the framework is a text file, open it with a text program and it tells you where all you can stick your crap. Just because you have a resource.cfg doesn't mean that it allows you to stick your mods in any folder you have in the mods folder.
