THANKS THIS IS GREAT

A bunch of the sims in Bridgeport were hanging out at Bogaard Overlook, that park near the top of the hill by the mansions. I guess one of them starved or something, because the game's AI sucks. So now none of them can leave because they are too busy mourning the dead and needing to piss themselves.

90% of the town is here, standing around in their own filth, and I think at least 20 of them have died now.

I copied the ones I like to the library already, so I don't really care if this hood implodes. But can anyone tell me how to avoid this in the future? I tried using the "Make Everyone Happy" action on the mailbox hoping they would clear off, but apparently that only works on your home lot.

I find it particularly disingenuous of Seabolt to attempt to claim that "Advertising is very organic to the 'Sims 3' experience." Apparently 'organic' is code for "We thought of some places we can stick it." Should they run out of ideas, I could gladly recommend some nice, organic place

Right click (or ctrl left click?) to select sim and ctrl shift c to open the cmd prompt, then 'maxmotives'? That might do the whole lot, or fambly by fambly.

(Sorry about the confusion over how to select enemy sims, it is 6am and I've had no coffee.)

Using the "no stalkers" option with AM should do the trick as well.

Those are all great pieces of advice that I didn't know how to use, thank you!

Looks like the "Vaccinate/Play Audition" bug. resetsim etc are all only temporary fixes for that, iirc. EA bug where even after an opportunity scenario has finished the game keeps pulling Sims to whichever community lot.

awesome and NRaas both fix it, I think. Aren't you running one or other?
