I need a movie studio portal for Lunar Lakes

Hi everyone,
I'm too stupid to do it on my own so I ask whether someone can make a movie studio portal for Lunar Lakes. The original one from Late Night is pretty big and needs a 40x40 lot at least.

Go to MTS and get Jynx's rabbithole doors.  They let you build your own rabbithole.  I created a small studio (either 20x20 or 25x25) you can download here, but I don't remember if I included the rabbithole door in the download.

There's also a "smaller plumbob pictures backlot" available, I think it is on MTS.
