That is because both forums use the standard design that comes with Simple Machines Forum. GloamingMerle just opened the forum, so she hasn't decorated it yet.

The only problem I have with the forum is that you cannot view images and such if you are a guest, while on this forum you can. I would really appreciate it, since I view Sims stuff while I am at work, and perfer to log in as less as possible.

Reggikko & GloamingMerle have been kind enough to offer me webspace for lots on laverwinkle sims. As I said to Reg, with a name like that, how could I refuse.

@Nihale - I'm pretty sure you can alter the appearance of a forum, check through your profile. If they were visually different you might find it easier.

He's going to work on one, I think. Then you can download our house. Put me in the room with the two computers, him in the one with one computer and only make us leave the house when absolutely necessary. Since the Sims have food delivery, this will be seldom. Turn off our phone and don't let us answer the doorbell. Dress us in PJ's or other comfy clothes. We're iffy on housekeeping, but big on personal hygiene. TwoJeffs "Sims Always Wash Hands" hack is a must. Never, ever, send us to nightclubs or malls. Anything with huge crowds of people is to be avoided like the plague. We're not shy, we just don't like most people very much.

LOL. Really, put me in a room or house with more than about 8 people and I start breaking out in hives. Reggikko must have lots and lots of personal space. And I was mooning you and your Sims first. So there. Except for Joe. 'Cause he's hot.

Ooh, the commune? Yes, by all means! So long as I'm surrounded by like-minded individuals, I'm fine.

I just assume that my sims are eating vegan versions of whatever. I mean, I can buy delicious soya-based "lunch meat" that looks kinda like what they have, textured vegetable protein (t.v.p.) for chilli & spaghetti, and real melting cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches. (Although I can't eat it currently - bloody gallstones.)

However, the Lobster Thermidor is squicky! Not only do they have one GIANT BUG on the table, but the 6 servings become smaller bugs. Ewww. Never, ever letting my sims eat that. Ewww.

I finally made it over to check out your site, guys, and I love all the pretty houses, etc. for download.     So glad I no longer have to go to the exchange for them. 

P.S.  Reggikko - one of the lots was offered both furnished and non-furnished, and I am really happy you did that.  Most of the time, I don't like downloading furnished lots, since I end up changing it more to my liking anyway.  Thanks.

My plan is to have them all available that way. Just haven't gotten that far yet.

That wouldn't be too much trouble. I'd just have to make sure I did walls and floors first, then packaged that before I furnished it. Great idea Reg, I hope you don't mind if I plagiarise.
