Missing Items

Recently after the update a lot of my "Sims Store" items have been missing from in the game, I've tried checking through my Downloads folder but everything is there.

Certain ones include the "Hippy" hair for the ladies, curious as to why it's not showing up in my game and if there's anyway I can get them back in the game without re-downloading everything.

Since there seems to be some confusion, when someone tells you you're posting in the wrong area, that doesn't mean "copy/paste your question in the exact same fucking place again."
