Question about Sims living without adults

 THANKS THIS IS GREAT
Will the game randomly spawn households that don't have adults or elders in them? Or does this only allow you to move sims out without an adult or elder?

The game will not create any such abnormalities on its own, but the user is allowed to do as it pleases.
